• Instructed an intermediate-advanced C# course for CSU (“Corporacion de Supermercados Unidos”,  acquired by WallMart) development department, helping CSU on their effort to migrate their whole corporate systems to the new technologies available on the market. (2005)

I personally think one of my strongest abilities on the programming field is that regardless of the programming language I have to use and the problem I have to solve, I use my analytical problem solving skills to identify the proper solution to the problem and then use whatever tools I have at hand to provide the best solution possible. Also I think Customer and Results orientation and facilitation skills are a must to be able to remove roadblocks when leading technical teams. Keeping motivation and recognition at the top of my priority list.
